📦 Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, shipping address and mobile number cannot be modified, as the details are immediately shared with our warehouse.

  • However, you can cancel your order before it is packed and place a new order with the correct details.

  • No cancellation charges apply.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Metro cities: 4–8 business days

  • Other locations: 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

⏳ Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-order items are shipped on or around the date mentioned on the product page.

  • In case of unforeseen delays (such as high demand), our Customer Experience Team will keep you informed.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account and clicking “Track Order” against your Order ID.

💰 Undelivered Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier partner, a refund will be initiated to your Wearsuitable account with dedecting Rs. 200 delivery charges.

  • The refund will reflect within 3 working days of initiation.
