Refund policy

At Wearsuitable, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customers are required to pay a return shipping fee of ₹300 for returns.

  • COD charges, shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns if the product appears worn, washed, or soiled.

  • Combo packs must be returned as a full set. Partial returns are not accepted.

  • Customized & Back Print Can not be return or exchange
  • In case of without back print order, if you want to exchange Rs 100/- will be charged for the exchange (Depends upon avilablity of the size)
  • If you want more than two Jersary in one account you have to pay 50% of the Total Amount.
  • Above policy only for domestic shipping not applicable for internationl shipping

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested within 4 days of delivery.

  • Exchange for a different design or product is not allowed.

  • Combo packs must be exchanged as a complete set.

  • Gift wrapping is not available for exchanged items.

Replacement products are shipped only after the original item is picked up successfully and are subject to stock availability.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship

  • Reverse pickup is not available.

  • You will need to self-ship the product.

  • Once verified by our Customer Experience Team, a refund will be processed either to your original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
